Obviously we take pride in our own site! This is a recent rebuild that was focused on delivering a crisp, easy to read message. Lots of white space. Large, easy to read text. Obvious attention calling call-to-action buttons. A fast and easy to operate mobile experience. We also wanted the ability to more directly interact with our customers. We built a support portal that integrates with systems that provide remote support, allow our customers to report new issues, check on existing issues, and review their service and billing information. We also wanted to build a blogging platform so that we could publish articles that are of interest to our residential and small business clients alike.
